Sorry for the delay.

First, it’ll be complete before you get here in September, I’m pretty sure. They were talking about the refurb taking about a month or so. That sounds pretty quick, but they’re, reportedly, doing a lot of work at night.

That kiosk is under construction because, in the new configuration, the cash registers need to go there. I’m guessing that the other counters will get face lifts, but I’m not sure if they’ll be as extensive as the complete removal of the omelet/nacho station.

As for the menu, we asked that question back in March. I believe the plan is to have very similar food offerings. I’ll try to confirm. Having said that, I think it’s only natural to see some changes. One comment I heard was to expect more variety.

Also is it just the one booth or are more being done? And can you still get the items that were offered at that booth somewhere else? Sorry for all of the questions. We are headed to CSR in September and Pepper Market is one of the main reasons we book there.
