Revert it back to its earlier version — the one without the painful Martin Short bits — or reshoot the narration bits with better material. Just don’t keep it as it is.

“Reflections of China” should have a narrator that is less of a caricature and more reflective of actual Chinese culture. (I know the current version is the one with the stereotypes “toned down,” but geez.)

“Impressions de France” should have its narration track removed entirely. Make it purely impressionistic, just like the title says. It shouldn’t be touched in any other way. This film is my favorite attraction in all of Epcot, and its replacement would sadden me greatly.
