Good morning, folks!  A couple of weeks ago, I shared a visit to what Mrs. All in WDW and I think might be the very best breakfast on Walt Disney World property.

Where’d we go?  We dined at Trattoria al Forno, of course.  Oh, we love The Wave … of American Flavors.  We’re also partial to Captain’s Grille.  Trattoria, though, was other-worldly!

My friends, we enjoyed our breakfast experience so much that we just had to stop back for dinner.  It didn’t start out that way, however.

What do I mean?  Well, we had scheduled a dinner with two friends at neighboring, and newly re-opened, Flying Fish.  A closer look at the menu, though, convinced us otherwise.

First, do you all remember the Fish’s famous Potato-wrapped Red Snapper?  Notably missing from their new menu, I’m afraid.

Then, I checked out Flying Fish’s prices.  For example, $46.00 for scallops?  Hopefully, unlike this picture on Disney’s site, they serve more than three?  We decided to pass.

Instead, we re-booked our ADR for a return visit to Trattoria … and its very friendly staff!

Trattoria’s dinner menu is quite expansive.  Choosing a dish was a challenge.  It all looks so good!  Fortunately, it tasted great as well!

Mrs. All in WDW and one of our friends selected different preparations of Trattoria’s Grilled Tuna.  Here it is, as advertised, with House-made Cavatelli.

And, if you don’t want pasta, ask for the dish with Seasonal Vegetables!  Mrs. All in WDW … ever healthy!

Myself, well, you know I’m weak when it comes to short ribs.  The Braised Short Rib Bolognese enticed both myself and our other friend.  Simply delicious!

Pleasantly, dinner was not the end.  We don’t usually indulge in dessert, my wife and I, but, this time, we couldn’t resist.

The group shared the Cannoli Pizzelle …

… and an order of Zeppoli.  Fried dough?  We couldn’t resist!  What a clever presentation too!

Dinner was fantastic, everyone!  To be truthful, for me, breakfast “wins” by a slight margin, but the bottom line is that both of our meals at Trattoria were great!

Folks, we highly recommend Trattoria al Forno!  For the price, it’s the best restaurant on the BoardWalk, as far as we’re concerned.  Give it a chance!
