Hey, while we’re on the topic of margaritas, I thought this post would fit right in! And, I quote, “This is much better than the margarita we got in Mexico!”
Well, so says our ‘almost’ daughter-in-law, Sarah, at least. Wow! See? Who says you have to go all of the way to Mexico for a great margarita? Of course, she was referring to Mexico in World Showcase, but nonetheless …
Mrs. All in WDW and I had stopped at BoardWalk Joe’s earlier this year for another one of its offerings – a Mickey Pretzel.
This time, as we lounged around the BoardWalk on our last night in WDW back in late October, our son and his fiancée fell upon the desire for a margarita. So, we suggested they try BoardWalk Joe’s. After all, it is a great place for a quick snack or drink.
Amongst their fare, you’ll find the, aforementioned, Mickey Pretzel as well as Roasted Almonds or Pecans. Be careful, though. “Joe” claims that the almonds and pecans are quite addictive.
When it comes to drinks, there’s beer, but the local “stars” are the margaritas. Tons of them! Well, OK, so maybe it’s a half-dozen or so. But, what a selection! Of course, some of them, like the Patron Anejo version are kind of pricey.
Anyway, if you find yourself sitting on the BoardWalk, watching the sunset, and feel yourself in need of a refreshment or a snack, give “Joe’s” a try!
OK- you’ve put Joe’s on my list!!
It’s an easy place to get a Mickey pretzel, that’s for sure. In fact, that’s where I had my very-first Mickey pretzel! Of course, my son and his fiancee’ had to have the $12.95 Patron margarita! 🙂
