“Dining Recon”: Trattoria al Forno

It’s coming, my friends!  It really is!

Per Disney, “Take your taste buds on a tour of Italy with a tempting array of regional specialties and crowd-pleasing classics. Signature standouts [will] include wood-fired pizzas and pastas prepared al forno, Italian for ‘baked in an oven’.”

Disney’s BoardWalk’s Trattoria al Forno cannot be far away!

Breakfast and Dinner menus are posted on Disney’s web site.  Advance Dining Reservations are available to be scheduled.

And, the restaurant, itself, is taking shape!

Opening day is currently set for December 18th, fans.  Handcrafted mozzarella.  Fresh cavatelli pasta.  Giant meatballs.
