Menu “Recon”: B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.

Good Monday, my friends!  Are you ready to eat?  The Earl of Sandwich post that I published last week reminded me that I still have quite a bit of Disney Springs content piled up on my desk.  Let’s dig through some of it, shall we?

B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. is one of “Downtown’s” new gourmet food kiosks.  Located “… in The Town Center at Disney Springs, it features a selection of artisanal sausages with mouthwatering toppings.”

Including sausages hailing from such places as Italy, Portugal, and Bavaria, this stand offers quite a wide selection.  Can’t choose one?  Then, grab the 3 Little Pigs Trio!

A place for a quick snack, I have to admit that Mrs. All in WDW and I have not yet found time to visit B.B.  Hopefully that will change in the near future, but how about you?  Have you been?  Yes?  Then, give us your recommendations!

No?  Well, if you decide to go, what would you choose?  Please let us know by responding to the poll below!  Bon appetit, my friends!  See ya’ tomorrow with, you guessed it, more food!

Interrupted by … “Christmas” Pizza?

Everyone has their Christmas Eve traditions.  Well, over the years, one of ours was to enjoy a nice, tasty, filling pizza party!

So, whether purchased and delivered or home-made, “Christmas pizza” is a memory I’ll always treasure.

Pardon this pizza “moment”, my friends, but I just couldn’t resist sharing.  Have you ever heard of Chicago’s Nancy’s Pizzeria?  Evidently, Mike Ditka has.

Recently described as “a Chicago classic”, “its stuffed pizza is” reportedly, “legendary.”  Well, we can comment on said legend.  Look at this delight!  It is a 2-1/2″ stuffed pizza called “A Lot’ A Meat”.

Complete with Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and bacon, it was AWESOME!  I wish we really could have shared it with you.  There was so much!

They have a multitude of locations in Illinois, one in California, and two in Atlanta, so they haven’t spread ‘far and wide’ as yet.

But, take it from me, if your town has a Chicago’s Nancy’s Pizzeria, or if you visit one that does, pay them a visit!  And, if you don’t believe me, listen to Ditka!  He’ll set you straight!
