Call this the beginning of “Championship Week”, my friends!

The city of Atlanta is already bursting with activity and excitement as the NCAA’s remaining four men’s basketball teams prepare to descend upon the Georgia Dome. I have to tell you that Mrs. All in WDW and I can’t wait to see the “hoop-la” unfold. Pun intended!

In the meantime, in honor of the NCAA’s impending arrival, All in WDW, itself, is about to explode with action! Two weeks ago, I promised to present ‘the poll of all polls’. It will be the “grand-daddy” of them all. Yes, I’m talking about the vote to name All in WDW’s Favorite WDW Attraction! That’s right. It’s almost here!

But, for now, it’s Championship Week, and like the fans of Syracuse, Michigan, Louisville, and upstart Wichita State, we should savor the build-up. We can’t just jump right into the vote, now can we? No, we need to be patient, fans. Our ‘challenge’ will begin soon enough. In fact, I’ll ‘spill the beans’ … we’ll start the epic event this Friday!!

I hope I don’t need to remind you, but, just in case, there are eight contenders for the WDW title – two from each park. Today, we’ll start by giving some love to the Animal Kingdom’s representatives – Expedition Everest and Kilimanjaro Safaris Expedition. Those two attractions engaged in an epic ‘throw-down’ back in December that ‘netted’ Everest the AK title. As they prepare to enter in battle again later this week, let’s honor them with tackling some attraction-specific trivia! Enjoy!
