As much as we love Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, we pay way too little attention to their premier Table Service venue – Maya Grill.  I don’t know why.  The restaurant, itself, is beautiful!

Actually, I do know why we usually pass on Maya Grill.

There’s no other reason than the fact that Mrs. All in WDW and I typically choose to enjoy alternative cuisines elsewhere on WDW property!  Having said that, one item on Maya’s new menu truly catches my eye.

I have a tremendous weakness for braised Beef Short Ribs!  Now that I know I can get a version at Maya, we might just have to drop in for dinner!
