Hello, all! Have you missed me? Well, now that our relocation to Kentucky has come to an end, I’ll try to find a bit more time to share some of the WDW content I’ve been storing up since early in the year. I’ll really try!
First up … let’s grab a cheap lunch at Beach Club Marketplace! On our past few trips, Mrs. All in WDW and I made a conscious attempt to do Disney “Quick Service-style”. We found one of our new favorite lunches last March.
Leaving it to Disney, these could be gone by now, but I do know that they were still being served in July. If you’re looking for a quick sandwich, why not try the Marketplace’s Spicy Italian Sandwich?
At the time, it cost a relatively inexpensive $8.49. It was a delicious bargain in my opinion as it was loaded with Italian meats and Provolone Cheese. Most important, the giardiniera relish that adorned the sandwich added a phenomenal taste.
Of course, you might want to take a “healthier” course to reach dining satisfaction, eh? Mrs. All in WDW can lead you the way with her choice – Smoked Turkey & Brie. Equally reasonable, at the same price, here it is …
This sandwich was very reminiscent of a beloved one we used to be able to buy over at BoardWalk Bakery. Served on Multigrain Bread, the turkey is adorned with Apple, Brie Cheese, Dijonnaise Mayo, and Dijon Mustard. Mrs. All in WDW was very glad to have found it!
Like us, maybe you discard Quick Service options like Beach Club Marketplace from your list of attractive dining options. From a price and satisfaction standpoint, however, places like Marketplace can fit the bill. In the cases of these sandwiches, we can’t recommend them more highly. Hopefully – months later – they’re still there!
