Good Monday, fans! What a crazy, crazy weekend in “All in WDW Land”!
First, we had the Favorite WDW Attraction poll come to an epic conclusion when the web site hit an all-time record of 1,142 page-views yesterday. THANKS for your support, everyone! You ROCK!
When it comes to non-Disney excitement, our son arrived for a long-awaited ‘Spring Break’ visit from medical school. The Final Four still has the city alight with sirens, bus convoys, concerts, and tourists garbed in orange, red, yellow, and blue. And, we threw a very small, informal “dinner party” yesterday.
Yikes! I’m exhausted. How am I gonna work today? Despite all of this, I thought I would start the week off with …
… some food!
Another trip to visit the Epcot “Food” & Garden Festival isn’t all that far away for us, but it isn’t close enough that Mrs. All in WDW and I didn’t find ourselves craving some Disney cuisine.
As we prepared for yesterday’s party, I pored through the web site’s archives of pictures, posts, and videos, and I dug out the All in WDW 2012 Food & Wine Top 25. We chose this little dish to fill the role of appetizer. Very easy to make, and very ‘Yum’!

Yum, sounds delish! We love to come home from Disney World and recreate our favorites too. Well, I said we but it’s really just Steve, recreating yummy vacation food is one of his many talents. I just eat lol.
