Hah! I knew it! I just knew if I turned last week’s “Food” & Garden data over to the All in WDW “super computer” that it would spit out a request for more research!
Well, we were very pleased to oblige! And, we started with an old favorite.
Florida Fresh’s Watermelon Salad was still very refreshing and still very good. The balsamic, watermelon, feta, and onion meld into a tasty symphony of flavors. Such a simple dish. I’m glad we went back for a serving.
I love mozzarella, and, wow, was this a hearty piece! The peppers had a slight sweetness to them, and the olive oil was just plain sinful. A very good dish but, at $5.75, this Caprese was a bit overpriced in my opinion.
Is that the end of it, then? Nope!
