Have you ever had potato pancakes?  Yes?

Well, I just love potato pancakes.  In fact, I told you all a long time ago that my dad makes “killer” potato pancakes.

Sorry.  I digress.

Imagine “potato pancakes” … only they’re made with corn!  This was good.  I just thought it needed a bit more salt.
