What can I say? I really love Kona’s Pan-Asian Noodles. Seriously, folks, they’re phenomenal.
Of course, as I’ve said many times in the past, it’s their Pan-Asian Noodles with Chicken that I truly adore. It even made my personal Top 5 WDW meals!
What?! Yep, it surely did. Check it out here! This time around, however, as you’re about to see, I switched it up.
Mrs. All in WDW and I dropped by Kona Cafe on the last day of our most-recent trip to The World. It’s one of our favorite stops for lunch!
We kicked it off with beer and sushi. A decent combination? Yes? No? Well, it worked for me. A nice hearty IPA and a Lava Roll. Delish!
Loaded with tempura shrimp, bay scallops, and spicy mayo, we’d had the roll before. It was as good as we remembered.
Most always on better behavior than me, Mrs. All in WDW skipped the ale. She also went the healthy route and enjoyed a Grilled Steak Salad. She claims that it was just what she wanted.
Myself, I can’t escape the noodles. I just can’t. My entree, this visit, was Pan-Asian Noodles with … Shrimp!
Equally as delicious as its “feathered” counterpart, it was an unadulterated winner.
My friends, we truly do enjoy our experiences at Kona Cafe much more than we do the near-chaos of its neighbor – ‘Ohana.
I know, a controversial statement, to say the least, but, for us it’s true. The menu has much more variety, and a table is almost-always available.
Kona Cafe. If you can’t acquire a coveted spot at one of ‘Ohana’s tables, consider Kona as an alternative. You won’t be displeased.
