A very unique dish.  I’m not sure what I was expecting, exactly, but I think it was for this to be much more similar to a traditional stuffed pepper.

The pepper, itself, was a bit too al dente.  The sauce was kind of bland.  There wasn’t much meat.  Don’t prioritize this one, folks.  “Food” & Garden has better options available.
