Epcot delivered again, my friends.  I wasn’t too happy to see the tails return, though.  The shrimp were served without them, last year.

Having said that, I still love it.  Its flavor symphony still sings and makes it a memorable item.  The grits were delicious.

Sadly, however, unlike in the past, this year’s sample didn’t leave me crying for more.  As good as it was, other dishes left a stronger impression.
