Smokehouse!  You totally redeemed yourself!  Where the Pulled Pig Slider utterly failed, your Smoked Pork Ribs astounded!

I expected the meat to be great.  It was perfect!  As always, fall off the bone, delicious, in fact!

But, it was so good that it took us a bit by surprise.  How so?  We were compelled to go back – immediately – for seconds!

A definite “must do”, my friends.  This dish was a “superstar” this year!  Great job, Epcot!
