Boy, does this Beef Brisket and Pork Belly Slider have a lot going on!  Brisket burnt ends.  Pork belly.  All of that skewered by a tasty piece of sausage and a pickle.  Wow!  You get an A+ for creativity, Smokehouse!

I have to say, I’d label this one a “must try”.  Having said that, it truly does have a lot going on.  As tasty as each component was, it was a bit difficult deciding which ingredients tasted better with which.  Give it a shot!
