Howdy, folks!  Were you beginning to think I’ve forgotten about you?  Hah!  Not a chance!  Let’s just put it this way, “real life” is just eating me up right now.  There’s just not a lot of time to do Disney these days.

Anyway, we’ll see what the future brings, but, for now, in the spirit of “eating up”, let’s dive into “Food” & Garden ’18!  That’s right.  In spite of life’s drag on my Disney time, we did find some time to escape to Orlando this weekend.

Having said that, let’s start with something tasty … La Isla Fresca’s Jamaican-braised Beef.  A very good item, folks.  The beef was very tender.  The rice was unique and delicious.  Sounds simple, but I’d chalk it up as highly recommended!
