This beautiful presentation includes three of my favorite things – lobster, ravioli, and vodka sauce.  I have to declare, however, it was quite a disappointment.  Frankly, I found flavor to be absent.  That wasn’t its only failing, though.

Let’s talk about its price!  Look, Epcot, if you’re going to charge $12 for a festival dish, you better make it palate-shatteringly good.  You definitely delivered a hefty price tag.  You did not present an equivalent culinary experience.
