Back to the pancakes, baby!  Like I said yesterday, Germany did a great job with both of their pancake dishes this year.  Of the two, however, their Potato Pancake with Ham, Onions, and Sour Cream was my favorite.

Very tasty, I recommend that you give it a chance.  I will point out, though, that where yesterday’s apple sauce version delivers two cakes, this savory version presents only one.  Nonetheless, it was very good!  I’d buy it again.
