If you would have told me as a small child that I would love something as “yucky” sounding as carrot cake, I would have run away fast and far.

Skip forward a lot of years, and I’m here to tell you that I am really going to miss this deliciously decadent cookie-cake!

The Writer’s Stop in Disney’s Hollywood Studios (the current home of this delight) closes, for good, on April 2, 2016.

May Disney have the wisdom and kindness to find another home for this culinary masterpiece!  It’ll be hard to live without it!  What do you think?
