In my opinion, “Food” & Garden’s newest participant – La Isla Fresca – delivered two somewhat solid efforts in its debut.

First up?  Their Jamaican-braised Beef was pretty good!  Frankly, I liked it.  It was fork tender and flavorful.  Mrs. All in WDW, however, could take it or leave it.

My final thoughts?  Great taste, but I wish that the portion had been just a bit more generous.  There’s less beef there than it looks.
