All in WDW’s Festival of the Arts Food Studio “Hit List”!

Good morning, my friends!  Did you catch the menus we published yesterday?  No?

Well, once again, let me present you with the food and desserts available at the 2017 Epcot International Festival of the Arts!

The Food Studio Menus!

Epcot International Festival of the Arts.  That’s a really long name for a festival, isn’t it, folks?  We can do much better than that, I think.

Yes, we can.  Let’s try this out … Mrs. All in WDW and I leave for Orlando this Thursday, and we can’t wait to eat what Epcot is offering at their inaugural “Food & Art Festival”!

How about that?  So, what is on our menu?  Well, as you know (if you’ve been following us for long), we’re not that into desserts.

Oh, Epcot looks to have some really creative sweets in store for us, folks.  But, our tastes lean towards savory entree-type items.  That being said, from #1 to #10, here we go!

#1 – Braised Short Rib – Cuisine Classique

Uh, how long have you been following me?  Did you hear me say “braised short rib”?

#2 – Pan-Seared Scallop with Chorizo – The Artist’s Table

Food & Wine 2017’s scallop was outstanding.  Add chorizo?  OK!

#3 – BLT with Crispy Pork Belly – E = AT^2

A BLT made with pork belly.  Let me say that again.  A BLT made with crispy pork belly!

#4 – Choriqueso (chorizo topped with cheese) Taco – El Arista Hambriento (The Hungry Artist)

I have to admit it … I have a “thing” for chorizo.  Of course, this taco comes with a corn tortilla.  Not a fan, that might be its only weakness.

#5 – Classic Reuben with Shredded Corned Beef – E = AT^2

I haven’t had a good corned beef sandwich since we lived in Cleveland.  This won’t beat that either, but … corned beef?  I’m in.

#6 – Flank Steak Guarache (fried dough with toppings) – El Arista Hambriento (The Hungry Artist)
#7 – Roasted Pork Roulade – The Artist’s Table
#8 – Seared Red Snapper – Cuisine Classique

Steak before pork.  Pork before seafood.  Nothing more complicated than that.

#9 – Wild Mushroom Risotto – The Masterpiece Kitchen

Hmm. Mushrooms on one hand. Risotto on the other. Do I love risotto more than I despise mushrooms. I guess so!

#10 – Homemade Falafel – Tangierine Café

OK.  I’m up for giving you one last chance, Morocco.  Make it good!
