“Food” & Garden ’18 Flash Report: Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartare – Cider House (United Kingdom)

Another pleasant surprise, folks!  Actually, I hadn’t sampled Cider House’s Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartare in years.  Why?  I’m not a huge fan of smoked salmon.  Having said that, this wasn’t so bad!

You know, some people call this presentation of tartare unappealing.  The fact is that the biscuit truly carries the item.  Crispy on the outside and warm and flaky within, it is delicious!  Hey, it’s hard to pass by a “cheddar cheese biscuit” anyway, you know!
