Hmm.  Shredded beef brisket?  OK.  Looked more like chunks, to me.  Anyway, the brisket, itself, was good.  The preparation itself, however, was a little bit under-whelming.  Frankly, I think The Smokehouse’s other options are more worthy of your hard-earned cash.
