This item debuted last year, where I said … “Boy, does this have a lot going on!  Brisket burnt ends.  Pork belly.  All of that skewered by a tasty piece of sausage.  Wow!  You get an A+ for creativity, Smokehouse!”

Well, I’ll say this … it still has a lot going on.  It’s quite top-heavy, so it’s hard to keep upright as you walk to a table, but who cares?  It is fantastic!  The collection of tastes are phenomenal.  The portion is generous.  This dish was the All in WDW 2019 “Food” & Garden champion!
