Food & Wine ’14 “Flash Report”: Baked Lobster Alfredo

Good, but not great. Honestly, I think it could use a bit of salt.

The pasta is little elbow macaroni. The lobster is at the bottom of the dish.

I thought I’d like this better than Ireland’s Lobster and Seafood Fisherman’s Pie. Now, I’m not so sure.
