Food & Wine ’14 “Flash Report”: Griddled “Yard Bird”

“Yard Bird”.  Hmm.  I don’t know what “yard” it was in, but I’ll pass next time.

I’m going to have to go back and ask because, to this moment, Mrs. All in WDW and I can’t quite figure out what the “bird” was.

Uh, yeah.

Actually, we think it might have been dark-meat chicken pounded very thin.  Yet, some parts seemed like white meat.

Regardless, I found the skin – which was more soggy than crispy – pretty unappetizing.

Sorry, Farm Fresh.  I don’t care how much house-made habanero sauce you use.  I didn’t like this one.
