Food & Wine ’14 “Flash Report”: Roasted Verlasso Salmon

Wow. Well done, again, Patagonia!

You know, I went into this thing saying that I could do without the quinoa salad. Boy, was I wrong. It was outstanding!

For those who are interested, it seemed to include quinoa and sweet corn, as well as finely chopped tomato, bell pepper (both red and green), and red onion.

Of course, the salmon was the star. Cooked perfectly, it look beautiful and tasted great! Nice size portion too!
