The dish looks absolutely beautiful. The colors are vibrant and appetizing.
The tilapia was cooked beautifully and tasted great. The accompanying sauce was outstanding.
There’s only one caution we have for eating at the Brazil Marketplace …
Both times we visited, their portions of Crispy Pork Belly and Tilapia were being made in advance and held under heat lamps.
In other words, the food wasn’t hot. It was warm.
