Bacon. To be more specific, Nueske’s® Pepper Bacon Hash. Wow!
As I reported, Mrs. All in WDW and I experienced our final journey on Maelstrom last Saturday.
Well, conveniently located near Norway, you’ll find the Farm Fresh Marketplace and its star attraction.
As we exited Norway’s gift shops, we were struck by the intoxicating smell of that bacon cooking! Great “advertising” Farm Fresh!
Folks, their hash is loaded with bacon. In fact, it is more bacon than hash! I can’t wait to stop back for another serving.
I didn’t leave Food & Wine Opening Weekend nearly as enthusiastic about Farm Fresh’s Griddled “Yard Bird”. Honestly, I found the skin – which was more soggy than crispy – pretty unappetizing.
It’s hard to like a dish when its best-tasting component is its braised greens. Even the house-made habanero sauce couldn’t save it! My vote? Pass.
