Hey, my friends!  I’m back … with some “Food” & Garden  “overtime”!  Food festival “extra credit”, as it were.

Today, a spring roll is a spring roll is this Vegetable Spring Roll.  In other words, this is just your run-of-the-mill “egg roll”.

There was a reason that this item wasn’t on my Pre-Festival menu.  It’s just too ordinary!

Why did I try it anyway?  Hah!  Blame it on WDW Main Street!  It’s Dennis Conroy’s fault!

Actually, the sriracha mayo sauce (I think that’s what it was) rocked.  The rolls, themselves, were quite greasy.
