Sometimes a picture is worth a 1,000 words, or, in this case, a million bucks! It’s simple. You just have to be in the right place … at the right time!
Take this great shot, for example. In this instance, the “prize” goes out to our son. What a fantastic picture! Great photography!
As we cruised past Disney’s Contemporary Resort, he caught both the hotel and an unexpected special guest appearance by “our” beloved monorail!
It put me to thought. I’m always finding new ways to capture Disney’s modes of transportation on “film”. Whether it be buses, boats, or “trains”, they all make for great, colorful pictures.
So … what is our favorite form of WDW transportation? Well, a little more than two years ago, I ran a poll very similar to the one below. I think it’s long past time for a repeat.
Are you like me? Do you love the buses? Yes, I’m in the vast minority, it seems, but I do love those Disney buses. But, then again, I adore the monorail.

I LOVE staying at the Contemporary! It’s so beautiful and evokes the most wonderful memories of WDW. We’re heading down in September and staying at Bay Lake Towers for the first time and I can hardly wait. I think I’m more excited than my grandchildren!
