Ceviche? No, it’s Shrimp ‘n Salsa!

I’ve given this some thought, and I think it’s only fair that I start off All in WDW’s second year with the same topic that I began the first – Food & Wine.

Oh, don’t you go and stop reading yet.  I don’t have THAT much Food & Wine left in me.  In fact, I’ve, pretty much, exhausted my repertoire.

You’ll remember that I published some poor-quality shots of the Florida Local marketplace’s Shrimp Ceviche during our second trip to the festival.

It was just TOO dark for taking pictures!

At the time I reported that my son “… said it made him think of something like a …

… shrimp salsa.  Then, I thought, ‘Hey! I make a pretty good salsa!  I’ll add some shrimp!’  We’ll try it when we return to The ATL.

Well, do you remember the salsa that I included in our “Brazilian” pork tenderloin a few days back?

My homemade salsa.

My homemade salsa.

Here’s what it looks like as a refreshing shrimp and salsa “snack”.  Try it out.  It was delicious!  Oh, and it’s really low in calories!

Add some "fish" to that salsa!

Add some shrimp to that salsa!
