Like I said, as you’d expect, Mexico makes a great taco. They delivered once again. The shrimp was nice and crispy. The chipotle mayo was appropriately spicy. Very good, Mexico!

This looks tasty- and the tortilla looks a little bit cooked, which is good! I’ve had a few that were cold and right-out-of-the-package… that’s never a good thing! This one looks like it was on the grill for a few minutes 🙂
It really WAS fantastic. I highly recommend it!
