Food & Wine ’15 “Flash Report”: Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans

Oh, this dish was a big winner!  Brazil, you are back!  The pork was crispy, yet tender.  We love the black beans.  The flavors are fantastic!  Must have, folks!
