I feel guilty, my friends.  I’m starting to feel the same way about Poland as I do about Germany.  At least their Sauerkraut Pierogi with Pork Goulash was a new dish last year.

Mix it up a little bit more, Poland.  Polish cuisine isn’t just about pierogies!
