Food & Wine ’16 “Flash Report”: Kalua Pork Slider – Hawai’i

Um, my beloved New Zealand Lamb Meatball might want to start worrying.  Hawaii really brought “it” this year.


As I always recommend, inclusive of extra spicy mayo, the slider was fabulous.  Moist pork.  Nice spice.  Yum!
