Food & Wine ’16 “Flash Report”: Roasted Verlasso Salmon – Patagonia

As always, an outstanding portion.  Likewise, the salmon was cooked perfectly.


My friends, I can’t rave enough about the Quinoa Salad.  It is just phenomenal!
