Food & Wine ’16 “Flash Report”: Gruyère and Cognac Onion Soup – France

It was a good-tasting onion soup, I’ll give France that much.  It wasn’t, however, the best I’ve ever had.


I was intrigued by the words gruyère and cognac, to be honest.  It was a good dish, just not a phenomenal dish.
