Unlike Terra’s CraB’less CraB Cake, this one was one of my Honorable Mentions.
The potato pancake was just a bit overdone, but that didn’t ruin the dish. In addition, the smoked salmon was quite nice.
My main fear in trying this was that, sometimes, I have had smoked salmon that has been a bit “rubbery” in texture. Not this time. Scotland’s salmon was very tender.
The combination of the herbed sour cream, salmon, and pancake tasted great. For $4.25, it’s worth a try.
Oh, and one last thing … worst service of Opening Weekend? To our experience, at least, at the bottom of the heap was Scotland.
On Day 2, they were asleep at opening bell while neighboring Hawaii and Terra were well into service. Here’s hoping they iron out the kinks.
