Guest Services? You ROCK!
Earlier this month, Mrs. All in WDW and I renewed our Annual Passes. Of course, that offered us an opportunity to add to our Magic Band “collection”. After all, who couldn’t use another Magic Band?!
Actually, I was quite excited. Goodbye to 2014 and our blue Annual Passholder slider …
… and hello to 2015! Yes?
Uh, no. I customized our bands, which were sent to us quite quickly, and received two more 2014 sliders. What?!
Never fear … Guest Services rushed in for a “save”. One very friendly, five-minute, conversation with a Cast Member and all was made “right” in The World!
Plus, as a bonus, she let us keep the two extra 2014 sliders that we had received! Guest Services? You DO rock!
I had the same thing happen to us! I guess it’s time to call Guest Services and get the problem corrected.
