Like I feared, two little slices.  Don’t get me wrong.  I wasn’t expecting a full steak.  It tasted very good.  It just wasn’t worth the price … and the frustration.

I should mention that we showed up at 11 AM to buy it, and they couldn’t make it.  Equipment breakdown.  OK.  So, we went back later in the day … in a rainstorm.  Too much work.
