Food & Wine ’15 “Flash Report”: Pork Spareribs

A nice effort, but not a lot of meat for the price.  Actually, I have to be honest, the Chew booths were a little disappointing.  With this dish, we were more pleased with the accompanying cheesy mascarpone grits than we were with the pork.
