I know.  I know.  I don’t cover anything but Food & Wine these days.  It’s true.  I admit it.

The fact is, my friends, I have to strike while the “griddle” is hot!  A lot of you are just getting ready to head to Orlando.  I need to get this info into your hands before you make your way to Epcot!

So, what’s cookin’ this year?  Let’s start at the front of World Showcase … at Farm Fresh!  Of course, as you know, Mrs. All in WDW and I tried this marketplace’s Loaded Mac n’ Cheese with Nueske’s Pepper Bacon.

We felt that the macaroni, itself, was a bit overdone.  Meanwhile, the bacon made the dish.  Our verdict?  It’s “Worth a Shot”!  Of course, it wins that recommendation simply because that bacon was very tasty.

Oh, if you’re wondering, I wasn’t thrilled with their Griddled “Yard Bird” in 2014.  Therefore, I passed this year.
