Food & Wine ’15 Menu “Recon”: China

When we visit Food & Wine next time, I have an “experiment” in mind for China.  Imagine their slider’s beef on their duck’s steamed bun.

If you add a little bit of sriracha, will you arrive at my beloved Mongolian Beef on a Steamed Bun?  Hmm.  Very close, maybe!

As a Gaoli Beef Slider, this dish is “Worth a Shot”!  As my Mongolian Beef, however, it’s most likely a “Must Have”!
