Food & Wine ’15 Menu “Recon”: Brazil

Great job, Brazil!  Your Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans was phenomenal this year!  It was all I could do to keep it from taking All in WDW’s 2015 “championship”!

Actually, it’s only the belly’s inconsistent performance over the last few years that kept it from the title.  Deliver again in 2016.  You might “win”!
