Food & Wine ’15 Menu “Recon”: Belgium

Speaking of Belgium’s Potato and Leek Waffle with Beer-braised Beef, I love the combination of the beef and waffle.

In fact, the beef was fork-tender, and the gravy was delicious.  Belgium always does well with this dish.  I would label it as “Worth a Shot”!
