The one thing that I still can’t understand when it comes to the great collection of food trucks at Disney Springs is their operating hours. You see, Mrs. All in WDW and I usually pop by that area for lunch sometime around 10 AM to 1 PM.
Sure, 10 AM is too early for lunch, but, for us, 11 AM to Noon is not. In other words, we’ve often selected an alternate place to eat before the trucks even open their “doors” … er, windows!
For example, Fantasy Fare (Magic Kingdom) and World Showcase of Flavors (Epcot) don’t open until 12:30 PM. Namaste Cafe (Animal Kingdom) and Superstar Catering (Hollywood Studios) open at 4 PM! Sheesh!
Anyway, one of these days, my lovely wife and I will be able to sample something from one of these menus … I hope! My friends, enjoy!

It's "All in WDW" 
Their hours are weird, but the food is good! I tried the Char-grilled Shrimp and my husband did the Dueling Sliders.I will say, the wait for the ‘Animal Kingdom’ one was a big extreme. There was one person waiting in front of me (waiting on two entrees) and then me. It was almost 15 minutes before I got my order. At least it I knew it was hot and fresh!

Those look delicious! Too bad the hours are weird. I usually am in Downtown Disney more around dinner time. I’ll have to try these next time!
