Step right up, folks!  Rejoice, foodies!  The “party” is about to begin!  Food & Wine ’17 is right around the corner!

Well, OK, so the actual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is still about 40 days away.  Hey!  That doesn’t mean that we can’t crank up our own festivities, though!

I mentioned this a couple of times earlier in the week, but we have a “tradition” around these parts.  This time of year, we start “carving” through Food & Wine.

Why, you ask?  Well, that’s easy.  Epcot is offering over 80 entrees this year.  Can you eat that much food?  At $5-$6 per dish, do you want to spend that much money?

Well, I cannot and do not.  So, I reduce Food & Wine’s overall menu down to a much-more manageable “hit list” of 20 items.  Less calories!  Less dollars!

Of course, we want you all to join in, as well.  That’s where Food & Wine “Fun & Games” comes in!  We’ll help you narrow your choices down to an easier-to-digest menu of your own.

Our goal, my friends, is to use your VOTING talents to create a menu collaboration that any one of you can use to guide your tour through 2017’s World Showcase “buffet”!
